By signing in to GYST Budget Bot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GYST Budget Bot is a Telegram bot that helps you track expenses. It uses AI to extract data from receipts and natural-language messages, and stores your expense records in a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive.
You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google and Telegram accounts. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You retain full ownership of your expense data. The Service writes to a Google Sheet in your Drive — you can view, edit, or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we handle it.

The Service uses third-party AI models to process your input. AI-generated outputs (extracted amounts, categories, etc.) are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors. You should verify important financial data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GYST Budget Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on AI-processed data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
